• This is a 2-part coaching practicum on November 3rd & continued on November 10th. We will be sending out specific instruction times for our online presentation to all registrants at a later time.

The Conflict Coaching Practicum will be an enjoyable interaction with our Certified SDA Conciliators and the other participants in real-time on Zoom.  There will be periods of instruction, demonstration, discussion, and role plays.  You will be assigned to a cohort with three others under the supervision of one of our conciliators.  Sometimes, your cohort will meet in a private “virtual room” where you will practice the coaching skills using a role-play from a real conflict situation.  You will benefit from the positive suggestions of your cohort partners and table instructors.  You will also be the “recipient” of their coaching as you play the role of the person in conflict.

This process will require you to be at your computer, with your camera on, and participate 100% of the time.  This is not a lecture.  We will schedule appropriate breaks and expect you to protect your environment so you will not be disturbed.
