These workshops are designed for pastors and teachers possessing foundational education and training in the areas of leading and shepherding. We will expand on this training through:

Responding to Conflict Biblically
During our live Responding to Conflict Biblically seminar, your church congregation will collectively participate in:
• 4 - 8 hours of live presentations
• Complete the coinciding 32-page seminar guide

Mediation Seminars
This seminar is designed to help instruct participants to prepare and lead a mediation. This four-hour short course teaches the basics that will enable participants to prepare the parties, control the discussion, and help parties write up an agreement.
Topical Speaking Engagements
Whether your congregation is experiencing current conflict or is simply interested in learning about a specific relationship/communication topic, we will make a speaking appointment for your worship service, church retreat, or other gathering.
